Emulsifiers, Surfactants & Thickeners

When I first started forumulating I felt very daunted at using these and would avoid whole categories of product types just to avoid using them. Hopefully we can take the fear out of it for you by offering a simple range with clear instructions for use. Experimenting is the key with these – take your time to really get to know them, use different percentages, combine with different oils and butter, notice how it changes the feel and function of your recipe.
