Body Oil – Guided Formulation
- Body oils are incredibly simple to make, but by choosing your component ingredients carefully you can create blends which perfectly suit your skin, with just the right benefits you are looking for.
- As these formulations are anhydrous (no water), they do not need a preservative, but we have added an antioxidant which will help prevent your oils from going rancid and extend the shelf life, as well as having some great extra benefits for your skin.
- To use, simply massage a little oil into your skin. Prolonged, deep massage can have additional benefits, improving circulation and warming the skin to increase penetration. Applying to damp skin can also help to lock in moisture.

Method
- First mix the two essential oils together. You can choose the same oil twice i.e. using 2% of on oil instead of 2 different oils, with the exception of geranium which must only be used at 1%
- Next add the vitamin E and mix well
- Then add the rest of the oils
- If you prefer a fragrance free oil, leave out the essential oils and increase Oil 1 by 2%
