When will my parcel arrive?
We aim to dispatch orders received by 1pm on the same day. We will let you know when it has been dispatched and when you should expect to receive it. For UK standard delivery thi is typically 1-2 working days, for express delivery this is normally the next working day. EU deliveries normally take 3-5 working days and everywhere else 7-10. There was a mistake on my order or something was damaged. What happens now?

Can I consume your oils?
Many of our base oils and butters are edible – we let you know on the individual listings if they are.
How do I use an essential oil on my skin?
Essential oils are very potent and must always be diluted before using on the skin. Typically, we would suggest a maximum of 2%. You will see some companies and websites recommending as much as 4%, but this really is a case of ‘less is more’. The limit for each oil is different, so we recommend checking our product descriptions where we tell you the suitable applications and dermal limits for each oil.
Can I get the MSDS/Certificate of Analysis?
For most items you will find the MSDS and technical specifications on the product page itself. If you require the COA for items you have purchased then please email us ([email protected]) providing the batch code and name of your item and we will email it to you. We do not supply generic COAs as this information varies from batch to batch.
